Information in the email preparation form

The form uses the information you enter to prepare a draft on your device. It does not send the form to a Ramporrt server, create a lead record or store the information in browser storage. The draft becomes an email only when you choose to send it through your own email service.

Use a non-sensitive description. Do not include confidential documents, financial credentials or sensitive personal information.

Messages you choose to send

Emails sent to Ramporrt reach the recipient’s email system and may be used to review and respond to the requirement. They are subject to the handling and retention practices of the recipient and relevant email providers. A formal retention schedule is not configured by this website.

Hosting, analytics and third-party tools

This website is hosted by Hostinger, which may process technical request data under its own service terms. This website does not add marketing cookies, analytics tracking or a newsletter subscription. On ramporrt.com, choosing Load Free Tool loads an ADAMftd script and embedded tool. The provider may process technical request data and the lookup information you enter under its own privacy practices. Nothing is loaded from that provider until you choose the button.

External links open services with their own privacy practices. No enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers or descriptions are sent to analytics by this website.

Changes at launch

This notice must be updated if server-side lead capture, analytics, third-party tools or different retention arrangements are implemented. The handling described here applies to the current site.
